PRODUCT DESCRION

One component polyurethane foam is used preferably fornsulation in the construction sector. Applications can be fillingcabtities, breakthroughs, cracks and gaps, sound andheatinsulation, Fixing, mounting, etc.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Processing temperature(can and revionment)between +5℃+35℃.

Optimum processing temperatuer resistance between +18℃~+25℃.

Range of temperate resistance of cured foam is from -30℃+80℃.

The foam will adhere to material such as concrete, masonry, metal, Wood and plastic except except teflon and silicone.

Cured doam is non-toxic.

NOTICE

All surfaces shoukd be clean from oil, greases, loose particlessan duse, Dry surfaces shoukd be well sprayed or dampened with water.

Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up( pay attention to foamexpansion).

The foam discharge rate can be regulated with the tigger and controlled with the flow adiustment screw.

Tum off the flow adjustment screw when finishing.

Before replacing can, shake new can vigorously, unscrew emptycan and immediately(within 1minute)replace with a new foam can.

Before curing foam can be removed and cleaned with wdllgo PU cleaner either with the gunor with adapter. Cleaning of the screwadapter with cleaner is recommended.

Tack free time is 10 min... The foan can be cut after ablut20min... has cured after 1hour and is stable with in 3-5hours(alldata based on application under laboratory conditions).

It gets decomposed by direct exposure to UV rays, so painting or coating is recommended.

CAUTTONS

Keep out of the reach of chidren.

Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures

exceeding +50℃.

Do not pierce or burn even after use.

Wear suitable protective gloves and goggles during work. Nosmoking during work.

In case of insufficient ventilation, wear respiratory equipment.

In case of accident. unwell. seek medical advice immediately(show this label, if possible).

STEOS FOR USAGE

Shake can vigorously for one minute before use.

Clean and premoisten surface before use.

Fimly screw can on adapter, and turn the flow adjustment screw.

Fill vertical jointes from the bottom up when half filled enough.

Foam begins to cure after ten minutes.

Use a knife to smooth cured foam and treat surface with cement, cement, paint, orsilicone.

Avoid strong vibration when transporting. Store at a temperature below 48 °C in a cool dry place, away from heat and fire.

Shelf life is nine months under normal temperature conditions
