Jingeer modified acrylate adhesive is two-component(a and b), reactiontype structural adhesivesynthesized by advanced technology. its main ingredientis methyl acrylate with the following main features: may be used conveniently, not need to measure accurately. bonding on surface, cure fast ai room temperature, highbonding strength, good acid, alkali, water and oil resistance, high and low temp-eratureresistance, have goodperformance of aging resistance.
Instructions:
1. clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them. wait until they are dry.
2.mixing a and b 1: 1 with adhesive smear, apply to the wanted surface with in 3 minutes at room temperature. bond by the aid of fingers. set in 5-12 minutes. the wanted strength reaches after 30 minutes. the highest strength reaches after 24 hours.
3.may be used at 50℃-99℃ after cure full for 24 hours.
Applications:
this adhesive can stick materials of the same kind and different kinds, including steel,iron, aluminium, titanium, ABS, PVC, nylon, polycarbonate, plexiglas, polyester resin, polyuethane, cement, china, wood, etc. it is widely used for making and repairing of automobile, motorcycle, machine, channels and containers in chemical industry.carpentry and furnitures, lanterns and signboard, toys and every-day articles, electrical appliance(it is comparatively no good at gluing galvanized iron, red copper and polyoefin).
Notes:
1. it has odor of acrylic, it is necessary to keep it well ventilated and away from fire
2.give much heat when curing, not mix too much every time
3. keep children and food away from it.
4. caps of adhesive tube cannot be exchanged to avoid going bad and losing efficacy.it can be stored at Well-ventilated places with low temperature, and away from fire.
