Polyurethane foam based on fast expansion of polyurethane foam fast foam filling agent, can be used in a wet environment. Polyurethane foam is divided into two types: polyurethane foam and polyurethane foam. Tubular polyurethane foam, which we usually call disposable, is mainly used in retail, suitable for households where the amount of plugging and leak prevention is not large. The pressure of tubular polyurethane foam is lower than that of gun polyurethane foam. Sometimes it is not clean and easy to bet on the valve. In addition, the foam holes produced by tubular products are not gun-like and have relatively large expansion force. The cost of gun polyurethane foam is lower than that of tube type. The use of gun polyurethane foam.　　　　　

1. Get a polyurethane foam gun and clean it with polyurethane cleaning agent to ensure smooth flow.

2. Take another bottle of foaming agent and hold the middle of the tank with your hand. Shake it forcefully along the lateral direction of the tank for at least 20 times. Make sure that the prepolymer in the tank is fully mixed.

3. Remove the protective cover of the valve on the foaming agent screw ring, remove the cleaning agent on the foaming gun, and install the foaming agent tank on the interface of the foaming gun along the thread.

4. Hold the handle of the foaming gun tightly, ensure that the material tank is above, the foaming gun is below the material tank, and open the flow regulating valve at the back of the foaming gun.

5, the gun head is at the bottom or inside of the filling part of the object, gently trigger the trigger and start construction. It can be adjusted to the appropriate flow rate through the flow adjustment valve behind the foam gun.

6. After the spraying of a tank, if it needs to be filled, the empty tank can be removed immediately and the foaming agent can be re-loaded according to the method at point 3 to continue construction.

7. After the completion of construction, take off the material tank in time and replace it with a special cleaning agent to clean the foaming gun, so as to avoid the residual material solidification blocking and destroying the foaming gun.
