Order Customer Service: 
1. Handle and proactively contact customers via phone, promptly identify customer issues and provide accurate and satisfactory responses; 
2. Possess the awareness and ability to handle problems, arrange progress, follow up on processes, communicate, and provide service for difficult issues, maximizing customer satisfaction. For issues that cannot be resolved, submit them to relevant personnel or supervisors according to the process, and track progress until resolution;

Account Reconciliation Customer Service: 
1. Communicate and negotiate with customers; 
2. Communicate and coordinate with various departments;

Job Qualifications: 
1. Junior college diploma or above, with some customer service or sales experience, and a certain level of customer service knowledge and ability. 
2. Proficient in computer operation, proficient in using Office software, a certain basic knowledge of the internet, and proficiency in using Photoshop and other graphic design tools are preferred.
